No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our storage service. Once you confirm your reservation and make payment through the payment gateway, we will reserve the respective storage unit and ensure the service is provided as scheduled. To protect both our customers' rights and our operational efficiency, we have outlined the following No Refund Policy. Please read and confirm your understanding before proceeding with your booking.

  1. Payment Confirmation for Reservation
    Once you complete the payment and confirm your luggage storage reservation, you agree to and accept this policy. After confirmation, the paid fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the storage unit or not, unless special circumstances outlined below apply.
  2. Non-Cancelable and Non-Refundable
    After payment and reservation confirmation, the amount paid for the service is considered as a final transaction for the booked service. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you cancel or modify your reservation at any time.
  3. No Modifications to Services
    Once payment is completed and your reservation is confirmed, no modifications can be made to the storage period, service details, or storage unit specifications.
  4. Refund in the Event of Service Inaccessibility
    If, due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, operational disruptions, etc.), the service cannot be provided during the agreed period, we will assess the situation accordingly. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Special Circumstances
    Should you have any specific needs or concerns, we recommend contacting our customer service team before booking. We will be happy to assist you. However, please note that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, except as specified in this policy.
  6. Payment Implies Agreement
    By completing the payment and confirming the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us before making your payment. The act of making a payment will be considered as full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
